Send us your dates and preferred villa through the availability form. We reply within 24 hours with availability and the exact price. If you would like to go ahead, we send a written confirmation and your booking is secured with a 30% deposit.

Per villa. Every rate is for the whole house for one week, whatever the number of guests up to the maximum shown.

Stays run Saturday to Saturday. In July and August the minimum is seven nights; at other times of year shorter stays are sometimes possible, so just ask.

It depends on how close to arrival you cancel. The full policy is in our booking terms. We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.

Your private airport transfer, a welcome pack, a local concierge throughout your stay, housekeeping twice a week with fresh linen and towels, and pool and garden care.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. If your flight times do not fit, tell us and we will try to help.

Your airport transfer is included, and we can arrange taxis or drivers for evenings out. Most guests like to have a car for exploring the peninsula; we can arrange car hire for you.

Yes. Private chefs, boat trips and gulet charters, massage at the villa and babysitting can all be arranged on request, paid separately.

Yes, families are very welcome. The pools are not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times. Cots and high chairs are available on request.
