Booking terms
These terms apply to every stay booked directly with Azure Coast Villas. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything; a booking is confirmed only once you have received our written confirmation and we have received your deposit.
Rates
- Rates are per week for the whole villa, not per person, and include the services listed on each villa page.
- Stays run Saturday to Saturday. In July and August the minimum stay is seven nights; outside high season, shorter stays may be possible on request.
- Any local accommodation tax is shown separately in your quote.
Deposit and payment
- A deposit of 30% of the rental confirms your booking.
- The balance is due eight weeks before arrival. For bookings made within eight weeks of arrival, the full amount is due on booking.
- Payment is by bank transfer or card. We send payment details with your confirmation.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is due before arrival. It is returned within seven days of departure, less the cost of any damage beyond normal wear.
Cancellation
- More than 60 days before arrival: we refund all payments, less an administration fee of €250.
- Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: the deposit is retained; any further payments are refunded.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: the full rental is due.
- If we can re-let the villa for the same dates, we refund what we receive, less the administration fee.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00 on the changeover day.
- Your concierge meets you at the villa, or at the airport if your transfer is with us.
- Earlier check-in or later check-out can sometimes be arranged; please ask in advance.
House rules
- The number of guests may not exceed the maximum shown for the villa.
- Parties and events need our written agreement in advance.
- Smoking is allowed outside only.
- Pets are welcome in some villas on request.
- Pools are not fenced. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Responsibility
We take great care to describe each villa accurately. We are not responsible for disruption outside our control, such as utility interruptions, building work nearby or severe weather, but we will always do our best to help.
If anything is not right during your stay, please tell your concierge straight away so we can put it right while you are here.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
